Thanks to the help and supprt of the EHBZ-network (First Aid For Seals) yearly 3- 400 cryers and sick seals are brought to the SRRC. All animals are treated and nursed until they can be released back into the sea.

No seal remains in captivity. Also there are no breeding programmes.The SRRC is a professional seal hospital with all facilities for adequate rehabilitation and treatment.
