Every year, since its foundation in 2002, recruitment agency Netwerkt Werving en Selectie has adopted one of the SRRC’s seals. During a visit to the SRRC in Pieterburen, founder and managing director, Faila den Boon, was inspired by the passion and enthusiasm which the SRRC-workers dedicated to their work. This linked-up directly with the mission and identity of the NetWerkt agency.
NetWerkt donates its yearly adoption to one of their clients as a token of appreciation for a fruitful collaboration. The seal is given the client’s name and as soon as the seal is fully recovered, the ‘adoptive parent’ (the client) is invited to attend the special moment when the seal is released into the Wadden Sea.

This year, NetWerkt adopted seal DiDi and has donated it to its namesake DiDi, the chain of fashion stores. The collaboration between the two companies is typified by its dynamic, enthusiastic, thorough, speedy and professional nature, and is above all fun and inspiring. Furthermore, DiDi has shown itself as a very good employer, taking good care of its employees.
