A visit to Seal Rehabilitation and Research Centre Lenie 't Hart is an interesting outing, which is suitable for people of all ages. At the SRRC, you can learn about the problems that affect seals and you can see what the SRRC does to help the seals. You can even take a look in the SRRC’s kitchen.
Groups
It is possible to book a guided tour for a group of people. If you want to book a tour, please call the following number well in advance: (0595) 526 526. Guided tours are available in several languages.
Children

There are always lots of extra activities available for children. We have a kids-action corner with games, and for the smallest children there is an indoor sandpit. We organize an information-hunt in the SRRC and during the school holidays there are special daily activities for children.
The SRRC has wheelchair access and on-site parking facilities for disabled people (so you don’t have to park in the parking area across from the SRRC). We have a toilet for the disabled and there is a wheelchair available. We advise that you call in advance to book the wheelchair: (0595) 526 526.
Catering
Between 10 AM and 5 PM you can enjoy freshly made sandwiches, hot and cold snacks, poffertjes (tiny pancakes), pancakes, coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks in our cafe "Paviljoen Zeehondenzicht" (pavilion Seal-view).
